Quality Assurance.

Essential Pack maintain procedures and practices that ensure industry leading quality for their clients. By ensuring best practices, clients can be sure that their goods are treated with the highest quality care and can be confident in Essential Pack’s Quality Assurances.
Perfect Sample:
It is preferable for Essential Pack to receive an authorised perfect sample prior to the commencement of each job. If this is not possible EP can make one as per customer instructions and have it authorised prior to commencement of each job.
QA Process Control Sheet:
EP in conjunction with their customer will set designated “QC checks” for each job performed. EP team leaders will then conduct hourly inspections to control the designated “QC checks”. EP management will also conduct various spot checks and report appropriate and accurate comments on each production run.
Reporting
EP will produce a daily report to our customers providing them with information on quantity produced for the shift, breakages, faulty goods and any issues that may arise during production.
Final Inspection
Before despatch, one box from every pallet will be opened and verified against our Perfect Sample and a quality inspection stamp is applied. If any faults or variances are found that pallet will be quarantined.
Despatch
All goods will be palletised as per our customers instructions and stretch wrapped prior to despatch. All pallets will be issued with a pallet identification flag containing all required information (see attachment). Each despatch load will be issued an individual delivery docket (see attachment).
